Ray has been in the ministry for over 43 years, pastoring in California, Nevada, and Texas for 28 of those years and travelling internationally for the last 15 years.   His ministry has taken him to five continents and to 13 countries.   He has a strong prophetic mantle and functions in an apostolic capacity to several churches.   He and his wife, Ann have been married for 43 years and have three children and six grandchildren.   Ray is a former professional musician and performed in the sixties with a number of famous groups.  Ray’s ministry includes teaching, training, prophetic ministry, and church oversight he speaks to pastors, churches, and schools..


  Owen Hurter - Worship Leader






Born in South Africa, Owen started in a christian rock band called Kenaniah. The band toured South Africa & Scotland, seeing thousands accept Jesus Christ. Owen was one of the worship leaders & guitarist for Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. Owen and Tonya have worked alongside Tim Hughes, Noel Richards, Lyndell Cooley, Rodney Howard Brown, David Ruis, Georgian Banov, Don Potter, Jeremy Sinnott, many more They have traveled all over the world to LEAD worship in conferences and churches and they now reside in the States.

Steve Witt is a former business trainer and long time church planter. Steve started Bethel Cleveland in 1996 and travels extensively exporting skills and lessons learned locally. He is the author of the book, "Voices: Understanding the Language of Heaven." Steve serves on several governing boards and has a Master's Degree in Theology from Ashland Seminary. He is a life coach at heart and longs for progressive maturity in every follower of Christ. Steve has been married to Cindy for 35 years, has four children and resides in Brunswick, Ohio.

Pastor Tony Soldano is the Senior Pastor of All People’s Church in Brampton and the founder of the Leadership Centre. He also serves as a board of director for Elim Bible Institute, Elim Fellowship Canada, Passion to Reach Ministries and Jubilee Celebration Centre. Tony has appeared on the television program The Plumbline as a guest and has been interviewed on Joy 1250 am radio. Tony spent twenty one years in the corporate sector for a major Canadian retailer. His last position was National Vice President, Operations Development.
